At Yamizora, we maintain strict quality standards to ensure you receive jewellery that meets your expectations. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.
Return Process
1. Inform
Kindly inform us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team with your Order ID and clear photos of the product.
2. Return
Once your request is approved, securely return the product in its original condition and packaging. The product must be unused and include all original tags and materials.
3. Refund
After successful inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the situation.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless the product has a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side. Yamizora reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Exchange Policy
