At Yamizora, we want your favourite jewellery to remain beautiful for years. We offer a Free Lifetime Polish Service exclusively for jewellery purchased from our Anti-Tarnish Collection and 24K Gold Collection.
Whenever an eligible piece becomes dull through normal use, you may send it to us for professional cleaning and polishing. There is no polishing service charge.
Eligible Jewellery
The Free Lifetime Polish Service applies only to:
- Jewellery from the Anti-Tarnish Collection
- Jewellery from the 24K Gold Collection
- Eligible products purchased directly from the Yamizora website
- Products supported by a valid order number or proof of purchase
Jewellery from oxidised, imitation, silver-toned, fashion or other collections is not covered unless the product page specifically mentions Lifetime Polish eligibility.
What Is Included?
The service may include:
- Professional jewellery cleaning
- Surface polishing
- Removal of light dullness
- Refreshing the shine and overall appearance
- Basic inspection of hooks, clasps and connecting parts
The exact service will depend on the material, construction and current condition of the jewellery.
How to Request Free Lifetime Polish
- Contact Yamizora customer support or DM us through whatsapp.
- Share your order number and clear photographs of the jewellery.
- Our team will verify whether the product belongs to an eligible collection.
- After approval, safely pack and send the jewellery to the address provided.
- We will inspect, clean and polish the jewellery before returning it.
Please do not send any jewellery without receiving confirmation from our support team.
Charges
The cleaning and polishing service is free for the lifetime of eligible jewellery.
The customer may be required to pay:
- Shipping charges for sending the jewellery to Yamizora
- Return shipping charges
- Repair charges for broken, bent or damaged parts
- Charges for replacing missing stones, pearls, beads or components
- Replating charges when regular polishing is not sufficient
Any additional charge will be communicated for your approval before the work begins.
What Is Not Covered?
Free Lifetime Polish does not cover:
- Products outside the Anti-Tarnish and 24K Gold Collections
- Broken, bent, crushed or severely damaged jewellery
- Missing stones, pearls, beads, charms or components
- Deep scratches, dents or heavy plating loss
- Damage caused by perfume, chemicals, moisture or improper storage
- Jewellery altered, repaired or polished by another party
- Lost or stolen products
- Products purchased from unauthorised sellers
- Products without valid proof of purchase
Polishing can refresh the jewellery’s appearance, but it may not always restore it to its original brand-new condition.
