At Yamizora, we stand behind the quality of our selected jewellery collections. If an eligible product from our Anti-Tarnish Collection or 24K Gold-Coated Jewellery Collection shows visible tarnishing within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, you may request a cashback under our 30-Day Tarnish Cashback Guarantee.

This guarantee applies only after the product has been inspected and the tarnishing has been verified by the Yamizora team.

Eligible Jewellery

The 30-Day Tarnish Cashback Guarantee applies only to:

  • Products from the Anti-Tarnish Collection

  • Products from the 24K Gold-Coated Jewellery Collection

  • Products purchased directly from the official Yamizora website

  • Products whose individual product page mentions cashback eligibility

  • Orders supported by a valid order number or proof of purchase

Oxidised jewellery, imitation jewellery, silver-toned jewellery and products from other collections are not covered unless specifically mentioned on the product page.

Guarantee Period

The guarantee is valid for 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

Claims submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for cashback. However, eligible products may still qualify for our Free Lifetime Polish Service, subject to its separate terms and conditions.

What Is Considered Tarnishing?

Tarnishing refers to a noticeable and unexpected change in the jewellery’s surface colour or finish during normal use, such as:

  • Significant darkening of the coated surface

  • Visible fading or discolouration

  • Loss of the original gold-tone finish

  • Uneven colour change across the jewellery

Minor variation in colour caused by lighting, photography or screen display is not considered tarnishing.

How to Request Cashback

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact Yamizora customer support or send a message to our whatsapp within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and registered mobile number.

  3. Send clear photographs and a short video showing the affected jewellery.

  4. Provide photographs of the complete product, front, back and affected area.

  5. Keep the jewellery, packaging and invoice safely until the claim is completed.

  6. Send the product to Yamizora for inspection if requested by our team.

Please do not return the product without receiving confirmation and return instructions from Yamizora.

Claim Verification

Every claim will be reviewed by our quality team. We may request additional photographs, videos or physical inspection of the jewellery.

The claim will be approved only when:

  • The product is confirmed as eligible.

  • The claim is submitted within 30 days.

  • The jewellery shows genuine tarnishing during normal use.

  • The product has not been damaged, altered or improperly handled.

  • The product received matches the original order details.

Cashback Processing

Once the claim is approved, the eligible cashback will be processed according to the original order value and applicable offer conditions.

The cashback may be credited through:

  • The original payment method

  • Bank transfer

  • UPI

  • Another payment method approved by Yamizora

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

Original shipping charges, COD charges, gift-wrapping charges and other service fees may not be included in the cashback.

What Is Not Covered?

The cashback guarantee does not cover:

  • Products outside the Anti-Tarnish and 24K Gold-Coated Collections

  • Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery

  • Scratches, dents, breakage or physical damage

  • Damage caused by force, mishandling or improper storage

  • Missing stones, beads, pearls, charms or components

  • Colour change caused by exposure to harsh chemicals

  • Damage caused by cleaning liquids, abrasives or jewellery-polishing agents

  • Normal wear on hooks, clasps, edges or high-contact areas

  • Jewellery repaired, altered, resized or polished by another party

  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or other marketplaces

  • Products without valid proof of purchase

  • Loss or theft of the jewellery

  • Differences caused only by lighting, photography or display settings

Important Information

  • This guarantee applies only to eligible Anti-Tarnish and 24K Gold-Coated jewellery.

  • The guarantee covers verified tarnishing and not accidental or physical damage.

  • Cashback approval is subject to inspection and verification by Yamizora.

  • Yamizora may reject claims that do not meet the eligibility conditions.

  • Only one cashback claim may be accepted for each eligible product.

  • The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

  • Fraudulent, altered or misleading claims will not be accepted.

  • Yamizora reserves the right to update this policy when required. The policy applicable on the date of purchase will govern the order.

To maintain the finish for longer:

  • Wipe the jewellery gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.

  • Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box.

  • Avoid rubbing the jewellery against rough or hard surfaces.

  • Keep it away from harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products.

  • Follow the care instructions mentioned on the individual product page.
